INVASION is a new PROPAGANDA film by an American activist Sam Vinal and Michael Toledano

This last week we saw an all out assault on our website by these two activists, using American Law and the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) in an attempt to shut us down for sharing the videos they publicly share anyways. Obviously they are afraid of our tiny website and the truth we offer to our readers.

The following film is made up of segments of previously released video clips all previously published, the intent is obvious, to boost the now failing GOFUNDME to fatten the bank accounts of the people who do not want to work for a living and house a lot of people who are not aboriginal in order to keep their charade going. Fans and critics will be highly disappointed with the absence of any new material, with this remix from the past.

INVASION from Sam Vinal- Mutual Aid Media on Vimeo.

Their words as follows
SYNOPSIS: In this era of “reconciliation”, Indigenous land is still being taken at gunpoint. INVASION is a new film about the Unist’ot’en Camp, Gidimt’en checkpoint and the larger Wet’suwet’en Nation standing up to the Canadian government and corporations who continue colonial violence against Indigenous people.

Our Version as follows

In an era of reconciliation, it is wonderful to see the support of so many First Nations, the Stellat’en First Nation, Saik’uz First Nation, Cheslatta Carrier Nation, McLeod Lake Indian Band, Saulteau First Nations, Kitselas First Nation, West Moberly First Nations, Lheidli T’enneh First Nation, Nadleh Whut’en Indian Band, Burns Lake Indian Band, Blueberry River First Nations, Halfway River First Nation, Doig River First Nation, Wet’suwet’en First Nation, Yekooche First Nation, Nee Tahi Buhn Indian Band, Skin Tyee First Nation, Witset First Nation, Nak’azdli Whut’en, Haisla Nation all support the pipeline. The tiny Unist’ot’en Camp is made up of a rag tag group, of mostly Caucasian hoodlums.

There is a large numbers of Unist’ot’en that support the CGL pipeline

There is a large numbers of Unist’ot’en that support the CGL pipeline, just read the articles we have online written by Unist’ot’en family members. Here is one example.  Here is one example of the power of one womans words, a highly respected Unist’ot’en matriarch, was read close by to 28 thousand people and became our most read and shared article of all time. Who would you believe?

ADDENDUM: On Aug 4 Sam Vinal once again filed another complaint, this time accusing us of posting copyrighted material, when in FACT the material is LEGALLY Embedded.
He was referring to the one we have in this article.

This has become an all too common practice, especially in the U.S, of using assumed copyrights to silence contrary views. This happened recently with a on online commentator called Sargon Of Akkad, he was sued for allegedly violating copyright, because he used some footage from a left leaning woman’s online video blog, and commented on it, in one of his videos. Not only did he win his case, under fair usage, but the plaintiff had to pay his legal bills, and damages, amounting to $40,000 or more, and was rebuked in the judge’s decision. I think Mr. Vinal, or his legal council, is probably unaware that copyright law, and especially the civil courts, work very differently in Canada then the United States, and that they would have a difficult time prevailing in even a U.S court. It’s bluster, and hubris, it’s a form of “Lawfare” intended to silence opposition through intimidation, nothing more.
The modern, radical, environmental movement has nothing to do with conservation, it has to do with advancing the Marxist agenda’s of megalomaniac billionaires, most based in the U.S. They either made their money through big tech, or in Communist China, or both, they despise manufacturing, and resource based industries, and anyone who works in them.
