Enbridge Facts – Section Five – Enbridge JRP Hearings

Due to the important nature of the evidence submitted at the Enbridge Northern Gateway Project Joint Review Panel hearings we have decided to add another section dedicated to hearings content only.

There are two sections on this page the first is the official written transcripts, the second is any audio or video (complete or incomplete) of the sessions as they become available.

Nathan Cullen presents at the Enbridge JRP Hearings in Prince Rupert

Numerous Elders from the Driftplie First Nation do oral presentations at the Enbridge Hearing held in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, January 31, 2012. Pleas are made to leave Mother Earth alone! . The Elders oppose the Pipeline and provide stories about the land and the dependancy on natural resources for food, water and cultural survival.

Stan Isadore, Driftpile First Nation Councilor shares his views and concerns about the Enbridge Pipeline.

Beating drums, First Nations’ voices raised together in song, and signs plastered with slogans like Say No To Enbridge greeted the Enbridge joint review panel at the Ramada Wednesday night.

About 100 protesters marched from the Carrier Sekani Tribal Council office to the hotel where the hearing was held, unified by a cause in spite of the frigid temperatures, which dropped below minus 30C.
