In 6 months, here are the numbers:

5,128,569 houses were visited.
38,193 raids or operations conducted,

Total number of drug users/pushers/gang members involved at 951,278 or about a MILLION drug-addled Filipinos.

Broken down further, the numbers are:

908,244 who SURRENDERED VOLUNTARILY
40,932 who were ARRESTED and are ALIVE
2,102 who were KILLED.

Yesterday was an amazing day in the Philippines, for days now we have been bombarded with updates on Super Typhoon Haima. At its peak, Haima packed winds of up to 315 kilometers per hour (195 mph), the equivalent of a Category 5 hurricane on the Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Wind Scale.
